I've had a fever for a couple of days and some stomach pain. I was eating normal khichdi and rice, and I drank milk with turmeric twice. For the fever, I took Dolo 650. Earlier, I was having loud farts almost every hour, but last night, instead of that, I started having watery diarrhea, and there was no solid stool. It was happening every five minutes. What do you think could be going on? Should I change something in what I'm eating or take any other medicines?

Lifestyle Changes*
- Exercise regularly: Focus on stretches, yoga, and exercises that promote spinal alignment and flexibility.
- Maintain good posture: Practice standing and sitting up straight to maximize your height.
- Sleep adequately: Ensure 7-8 hours of sleep to support growth hormone production.
Nutrition and Supplements
- Balanced diet: Eat a nutrient-rich diet with adequate calcium, vitamin D, and protein.
- Consider supplements: Certain supplements like vitamin D, calcium, and growth hormone boosters may help. However, consult a healthcare professional before adding any supplements.
Medical Consultation
- Consult a doctor: Discuss your concerns with a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying medical conditions that may be affecting your growth.
- Growth hormone evaluation: If necessary, your doctor may recommend growth hormone tests to determine if hormone deficiency is a factor.
Realistic Expectations
- Genetic limitations: Height is largely determined by genetics. It's essential to have realistic expectations.
- Age: After a certain age (usually around 18-25), significant height increases are unlikely.

View allI'm on a vitamin D3 60K tablet once a week as recommended by my doctor, but about three weeks in, I've started having some stomach gas issues. Any ideas on how I might be able to minimize these side effects? Would really appreciate any guidance on this!
Gas problem in the stomach can be a common side effect of taking vitamin D3 supplements. To reduce this side effect, you can try taking the vitamin D3 supplement with food. This can help to minimize stomach irritation and reduce the likelihood of experiencing gas. Additionally, make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. If the gas problem persists, you can also try over-the-counter simethicone medication to help alleviate gas and bloating symptoms.

I'm having some trouble with breathing and sometimes I feel like I'm choking when I eat or drink. It's really uncomfortable and sometimes even painful. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I've been feeling this cramp in my upper left abdomen for a few days now, and I had an ultrasound that didn't show anything wrong. Lately, there's this tingling sensation in my left chest. It doesn't hurt, but it's really annoying and just comes and goes. It's not happening at any set times, but it's still concerning me. As a smoker, should I be worried about this?
