I've had a fever that just won't go away for the past four days, and I'm really concerned because the tests showed no malaria or dengue. I'm also dealing with vomiting, a cough, and body shivers. What could be happening, and what should I do next?

View allI'm dealing with fever, loose motion, and vomiting since this morning, and I'm feeling so weak I cant even make it downstairs to see a doctor. What could be causing this? Should I be worried and what can I do at home to feel better?
I recommend taking acetaminophen 500mg for fever, loperamide 2mg for loose motions, and ondansetron 4mg for vomiting. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention.

I've been dealing with a bad sore throat and a mild fever that's been coming and going for the last three days. It's pretty uncomfortable, and I'm starting to get worried. Someone mentioned trying diclomol, but I'm not sure if that's the best option. Could you suggest what medicine might help with these symptoms?

I'm trying to understand if azithral 250mg and azithral 250mg DT are the same thing. If I run out of azithral 250mg DT, is it okay to switch to azithral 250mg, or are they different enough that I should stick with the DT version?
both are same , you can use either of it
