I've had a fever that just won't go away for the past four days, and I'm really concerned because the tests showed no malaria or dengue. I'm also dealing with vomiting, a cough, and body shivers. What could be happening, and what should I do next?

View allI'm really concerned about my uncle who's 60 years old. He's been occasionally running a fever for the past month and has lost weight. He was 78 kg, but now has reduced a bit over the last few months. The chest CT scan results and AFB test both came back negative. Can you help me understand what might be causing these symptoms?

I'm trying to figure out what the normal body temperature is. At what point should I start worrying that it's actually a fever? Also, when is it appropriate to consider taking paracetamol? I'm feeling a bit confused about it.

I've been feeling really off since having a COVID infection back in April. It's strange because since around May 21st, I've been feeling really dizzy, almost like being in a moving bus or train, and I've been experiencing extreme weakness. My symptoms also include a dry cough and an evening fever that hovers between 99.4 to 99.8 degrees. My pulse rate shoots up to 170 just from climbing stairs, and I've even had some chest pain here and there. Luckily, my appetite is still okay. I got an X-ray done and was wondering if there's any sign of infection. A while back, my CRP was 14.65, and though I haven't tested it again lately, my ECG was normal. My CBC showed a WBC count of 11,500, with hemoglobin at 10.6. Everything else looked fine, and I've tested negative for typhoid and malaria. Just trying to figure out what's going on with me. Any insights?
