My finger got a cut from a kitchen knife, and it was bleeding a bit. Do you think I need a tetanus injection for this?

Immediate Actions:
- Consult your doctor: Schedule an appointment to discuss your symptoms and blood report.

- Rest and hydration: Stay hydrated, rest, and avoid strenuous activities to help your body recover.
Possible Treatments:
- Antibiotics or antivirals: Depending on the underlying cause, your doctor may prescribe medications to treat the infection.
- Pain management: Your doctor may recommend pain relief medications to help manage your body pain.

View allI've been feeling really cold and shivery, with no energy at all. I had a slight fever with dizziness starting around 2am yesterday. I'm also dealing with diarrhoea, and I tried taking Digene a couple of times, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. I'm worried and not sure what to do next. Could you please give me some advice on how to feel better?
digene is a antacid and it doesn't help much in loose stools.

I've noticed my ESR is at 30 and my AEC is 480, and I'm really concerned about the reason behind the increase in my AEC levels. My GP suggested I take diethylcarbamazine and chlorpheniramine, but I'm already on thyroid medication (100 mcg), atorvastatin (10 mg), and fefol. Is it safe for me to add these new medications? What might be causing the high AEC?

I've been having fever on and off for the past few weeks. Initially, I was diagnosed with typhoid on May 11th and started a 10-day course of antibiotics, which seemed to work at first. But just a week after finishing the medication, the fever returned, and I tried some home remedies, which only temporarily controlled it. Now, my fever is back at 100F, and I'm feeling quite down about it. Can you please advise on what steps I should take next?
