I've had Fox Fordyce for 8 years and it's been hell with the constant itching only corticosteroid creams give me relief. Would surgically removing all my armpit sweat glands cure this condition? I'm desperate for a permanent solution since creams just manage symptoms.

View allI've had this painless rash on the head of my penis for the last month that's sometimes itchy. It keeps disappearing and then coming back. About six weeks ago, I had unprotected sex. Could this be a sexually transmitted disease?
It is recommended to get tested for STDs to rule out any infections. In the meantime, you can use an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% twice a day on the affected area for 2 weeks. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I'm really concerned because my HSV IgG test came back positive with a range of 24. It's been about a year since I got this virus, and I'm really scared since I've read that there's no cure for herpes. Thankfully, I haven't had any symptoms like pain, swelling, itching, or ulcers on my penis. Next year, I'm getting married, and I'm terrified of infecting my partner. Is there any way to manage or treat this so it doesnt affect my future spouse?

I'm a bit worried because I brought minoxidil USP 10HARE10 in India, and now that I'm in the UAE, I noticed that when I opened the bottle, the color is this strange yellow. I'm not sure if it's safe to use like this. Could this color change mean it's bad, or is it still okay to apply it?
it should not that much affected
