I've had a hydrocele on my left side for about 5 years now, and initially, doctors said it was normal and didn't need treatment. But last month, my doctor recommended surgery. I'm really trying to avoid surgery are there any other options? I've been doing a fruit diet and cold hip baths, but I'm not sure if that's enough. What else can I try?

While a fruit diet and cold hip baths might offer some temporary relief, they won't resolve a hydrocele. Once a hydrocele persists or becomes large enough to cause discomfort or becomes unsightly, surgery (hydrocelectomy) is generally the recommended treatment, according to multiple sources. Other options like aspiration and sclerotherapy may be considered, but they often come with a higher risk of recurrence than surgery.

View allI'm experiencing nocturnal emissions around 23 times a month, and I think it might be linked to gas in my rectum. What can I do to address this issue?
Nocturnal emissions (nighttime ejaculation) occurring 2-3 times a month are generally considered normal and not a cause for concern. However, if it's linked to discomfort like gas in the rectum, improving digestion by managing your diet, staying hydrated, and incorporating regular physical activity can help. If the issue persists or worsens, consulting a healthcare provider for further evaluation would be beneficial.

I've been having some on-and-off pain in my lower abdomen over the past few months, so I went for an abdomen scan. The results showed an anechoic cortical cyst in the upper pole of my right kidney, but no renal calculi or signs of hydronephrosis or hydroureter. Should I be worried about this cyst? I'm not sure what it means for my health, and I'd appreciate any advice you can give.

I'm really worried because I've been masturbating for about 5 years, and now my penis looks different, kind of out of shape. I'm not sure if this will affect my ability to have kids in the future once I get married. On top of that, my legs have gotten really thin, and I feel pain in all my joints. My testicles are also quite painful. Did I somehow damage my penis? Could you help me understand what's going on?
Masturbation itself does not typically cause permanent damage to the penis or reproductive health; however, your symptoms, such as penis shape concerns, joint pain, thin legs, and testicular pain, may be related to other factors, including over-masturbation, which can lead to temporary issues like fatigue, muscle strain, or inflammation; consider consulting a urologist
