I've had my right ear partly blocked for the past couple of days, and from this morning, its starting to hurt inside and still feels blocked. What could be causing this, and is there something I should do about it?

View allI've been struggling for a while with some leftover symptoms from the flu I had about 3 weeks back. The fever and body aches are gone, but the sore throat and ear ache just won't quit. Now, I've also got this annoying muscle pain in my neck and shoulders. I tried taking Cataflam, and it seemed to work wonders for about 2-3 days, but now it does nothing, even when I take one every day. There's still a bit of a stuffy nose hanging around too. It's weird because I don't have tonsils anymore, so I'm just wondering what's going on. Any advice on what this could be or what I should do next?
That needs proper evaluation and treatment, visit ENT doctor for appropriate management.

I've been dealing with this ear block on and off for the past couple of months. It seems to get worse when I'm talking at work, but it doesn't bother me at all in the mornings. Any idea what's going on with that? Would love some advice.
You need to get your ear and nose examined .The block could be due multiple reasons which need to be ruled out.
