I'm really worried because I've been having this weird sensation like there's a lump in my throat for the past six months, and it comes with shortness of breath, stiffness, and pain on the back left side. It seems to ease up a bit when I burp, which is strange. Could there be something in my throat that's making it hard to breathe?
