I've recently noticed a lump above my Adam's apple, I've had it for about two weeks now. It feels a bit uncomfortable when I swallow. What could this be, and should I be concerned?

View allI've been dealing with this weird smell in my nose that only I can feel, and it only happens when I exhale. It's not just a smell, it's like a warm sensation in my chest, but there's no real pain, just discomfort. I have a history of headaches that seem to be linked to weather changes and are usually one-sided or behind my eyes. I'm seeing an ENT who's given me antibiotics and an allergy spray, and there was a little improvement, but the smell came back around day eight of the ten-day antibiotic cycle. I also noticed that drinking coffee makes the smell worse. It's like a dusty, smoky, stuffy, warm odor, and it's almost like I can feel it too. My ENT is planning a CT scan of my sinuses and mentioned that everything looks good from the exams he did with a scope. I've done blood work and urine tests for STDs and other diseases and everything was negative. He mentioned the chance of a brain tumor is extremely slim based on the follow-ups and exams. I'm really puzzled and just want to figure out what this could be. How much further do I need to go to get some solid answers?
A contrast enhanced CT scan of your nose and paranasal sinuses should reveal the pathology.

I've been dealing with this post nasal drip for the past couple of years and it's really frustrating. There's this thick liquid that's always coming into my throat, and I have to spit it out because swallowing makes me feel like throwing up. I tried taking Lesuride OD75 for a month, like my gastroenterologist suggested, but it didn't really help. On top of that, I have these acidity and vomiting issues. Whenever I get a cold, my nose runs like crazy and the throat thing gets worse. The day after I catch a cold, I end up vomiting all day and struggle to eat anything. The stuff I vomit is so thick, it's hard to get it out. This used to happen just twice a year before, but in the last six months, it's happened four times. I really need some advice on what to do because it's becoming unbearable. What can I do about this?
Thats unusual, visit General Physician for appropriate approach.and maintain balanced diet and healthy lifestyle
