I've had paraphimosis for about 3-4 days now and it feels like something's stuck under my foreskin when I pee, just a little bit. I've been masturbating daily and pulling my foreskin back for weeks could that be the cause? Is there any way to fix this without surgery?

It's possible that your daily masturbation and foreskin retraction are contributing to the paraphimosis, as it can lead to inflammation and swelling. While some cases of paraphimosis can be treated without surgery, it's crucial to seek immediate medical attention, especially if you're experiencing pain or difficulty urinating

The skin on the top of my penis doesn't pull back when it's erect, and even when I try to move it down manually, it won't budge. I thought this was normal but my friends say it's not. Could this be a problem that needs surgery?
