I've had paraphimosis for about 3-4 days now and it feels like something's stuck under my foreskin when I pee, just a little bit. I've been masturbating daily and pulling my foreskin back for weeks could that be the cause? Is there any way to fix this without surgery?

It's possible that your daily masturbation and foreskin retraction are contributing to the paraphimosis, as it can lead to inflammation and swelling. While some cases of paraphimosis can be treated without surgery, it's crucial to seek immediate medical attention, especially if you're experiencing pain or difficulty urinating

I'm experiencing nightfall about 5 or 6 times a month, and when it happens, a white sticky liquid comes out, which I think might be sperm. But when I try to masturbate like most guys do, nothing comes out except urine. I also had sex with my girlfriend using a condom, but didn't feel like any sperm came out then either. Is something wrong with me, or should I be worried about not being able to ejaculate properly?
Possible Causes* 1. *Ear Infection*: Middle ear infection (otitis media) or outer ear infection (otitis externa) can cause ear pain, heaviness, and numbness. 2. *Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorder*: TMJ connects the jawbone to the skull. Disorders in this joint can cause ear pain, headaches, and numbness. 3. *Migraine or Tension Headache*: Headaches can cause pain, heaviness, and numbness on one side of the head. 4. *Sinusitis*: Inflammation of the sinuses can cause pain, pressure, and numbness in the face, including the ear area. 5. *Dental Issues*: Toothaches, abscesses, or gum disease can radiate pain to the ear and head area. Self-Care* 1. *Apply Warm Compresses*: Warm compresses can help relieve ear pain and discomfort. 2. *Manage Stress*: Stress can exacerbate headaches and ear pain. Engage in stress-reducing activities like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga. 3. *Maintain Good Oral Hygiene*: Brush and floss regularly to prevent dental issues.

I recently had an ultrasound that showed three kidney stones two in my right kidney around 5-6 mm and one in my left kidney's lower pole measuring 9 mm. Can these be treated naturally or would surgery be necessary? Also, is Himalaya CYSTONE effective for this? What foods should I avoid to prevent making it worse?
For kidney stones of this size (5-6mm and 9mm), a combination of natural approaches and medical intervention may be recommended. The 9mm stone is more likely to require medical intervention, while the 5-6mm stones have a higher chance of passing naturally
