I've had pus draining from my ear since I was a kid and even had surgery at age 11, but it didn't help. The issue still hasn't gone away how can I stop it completely?

Pus draining from your ear is often a sign of an infection, but it can also signal a skin cyst, ruptured ear drum, or other concerns. Depending on the cause, you may need antibiotics or surgical treatment. Ear pain and infections are common and can cause serious discomfort

Can you help me figure out how effective adenoid surgery is for kids, both in the short term and long term? And is it true that once the adenoids are removed, they won't grow back? I'm really curious about this.
Adenoid surgery can provide both short-term and long-term benefits for children, especially in terms of relieving chronic nasal and ear problems. It's very unlikely that the adenoids will grow back to the same size after surgery. Most children experience significant and sustained improvements, but if any symptoms return, it would likely be due to other underlying issues, not the regrowth of the adenoids.

I've been diagnosed with cholesteatoma in my left ear and there's a growth that needs to be removed. The doctor recommended surgery, but I'm wondering if there are any other treatment options or if surgery is the only way to get rid of it completely. Is there anything else that can be done?
cholesteatoma surgery also known as mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty ,a surgical procedure to remove non caancerous skin growth in the middle ear.
