I've had a sebaceous cyst on my scrotum for about 3 years now and really want to avoid surgery. Are there any other ways to treat it or make it go away naturally?

Occasionally, small scrotal sebaceous cysts may go away on their own. The use of a warm compress a couple of times a day can help reduce the size of the cyst or swelling by encouraging the cyst to drain or reabsorb into the body. However, larger cysts are unlikely to go away without surgical treatment.

I've got these tiny dots all over my face, kind of like little bumps and they're not quite like pimples. They're all over, but especially on my nose. My skin's super sensitive, so most creams and meds just don't work for me. I'm really hoping to get clear and smooth skin without having a bad reaction. What do you think I should try?

I'm using Minokem N2 for my beard growth since June, but recently, in the last couple of weeks, I've noticed a lot of pimples popping up on my right cheek. I'm a bit worried and wondering if I should stop using Minokem. Could you also give me some advice on how to get rid of these pimples?

I recommend stopping the use of Minokem N2% and consulting with a dermatologist for further evaluation. To help cure the pimples, you can use a topical acne treatment like Benzoyl Peroxide gel (2.5%) twice daily on the affected area after washing your face with a gentle cleanser. Additionally, you can use a non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated. If the pimples persist or worsen, please seek medical advice from a dermatologist.
