I've had these white spots for about 6 years now. Some people have mentioned it might be vitiligo. Is there any way to cure it? The patches are mostly between my inner thighs and around my mouth. Can you help me understand what this could be?

View allI've noticed a single white pimple, or maybe it's a mole, on my penis for the last few days. There isn't any irritation or itching, it's just there. Should I be concerned about this? What could it possibly be?
These are common and usually harmless. However, it is important to monitor any changes in size, color, or shape. If you notice any changes or if it causes any discomfort, you should consult a doctor for further evaluation. No treatment is usually required for Fordyce spots or pearly penile papules.

I've got this dark horizontal line right in the middle of my nose and it's been bothering me. I've tried a few medicines and creams, but nothing seems to work. Do you have any idea what's causing this or any suggestions on how to treat it?
Melacare cream for 4-6 weeks is advised.

I've been using Selsun shampoo to manage my dandruff, applying it about twice a week. I'm currently breastfeeding my baby and I'm a bit concerned. Is it alright to keep using Selsun while I'm breastfeeding, or is there any risk involved?
No problem you can use it and is not related to breast feeding
