I've had two surgeries for anal fistula but still have two abscesses that keep draining and causing pain in the anal area. Are there any Ayurvedic treatments other than kshar sutra that could help with this?

I'm dealing with an anal fissure and I'm on ayurvedic treatment for it. I'm wondering if it's okay to add Nifecaine cream to my routine since my current ayurvedic regimen doesn't include any kind of ointment. What do you think? Is it safe to combine both treatments?

I've been dealing with what I think is an external thrombosed hemorrhoid for about 5 days now. I noticed some slight bleeding months ago but didn't think much of it. Now it seems bigger and more purple, and while the pain comes and goes, I'm not sure if it's getting better or worse. Should I stick with home treatment or look into seeing someone about surgery or other options?

fistulectomy is advised.sx opinion is advised.

I'm 23 and considering fissure surgery but I'm really nervous about the recovery time for pain to go away after the procedure I've heard some people say surgery made their condition worse is that common or does it usually help

Fissure surgery (sphincterotomy) is generally effective at relieving pain and promoting healing, but there can be some post-operative discomfort and potential complications. While surgery usually improves the condition, it's important to understand that some individuals may experience temporary or lasting issues like incontinence or constipation
