I've had two surgeries for anal fistula but still have two abscesses that keep draining and causing pain in the anal area. Are there any Ayurvedic treatments other than kshar sutra that could help with this?

my doctor said i need surgery for an anal fistula but i was wondering if homeopathy can help heal it without surgery

Small fistulas without an infection will often close on their own and may take 30–50 days. However, more severe fistulas that drain may cause infection in the surrounding skin and organs. If the drainage leads to sepsis, a doctor will usually recommend surgery to repair the areas of drainage.

Leg Pain Due to Cold Air Exposure _Possible Causes_ 1. _Cold-induced vasospasm_: Exposure to cold air from fans or ACs can cause blood vessels in your legs to constrict, leading to pain. 2. _Muscle cramps_: Cold air can also cause muscle cramps, especially in the legs. 3. _Poor circulation_: Reduced blood flow to the legs can contribute to pain, especially in cold environments. _Self-Care Measures_ 1. _Avoid direct exposure_: Try to avoid sitting directly under fans or ACs. 2. _Dress warmly_: Wear warm clothing, especially on your legs, when in cold environments. 3. _Stay hydrated_: Drink plenty of water to maintain blood flow and circulation. 4. _Stretch and move_: Regularly stretch and move your legs to improve circulation. _When to Seek Medical Attention_ 1. _Severe pain_: If pain is unbearable or worsens over time. 2. _Persistent pain_: If pain persists or recurs frequently. 3. _Other symptoms_: If you experience numbness, tingling, or weakness in your legs
