I've had vitiligo for 12 years with white patches on my hands and feet. I've tried medications like Melanocyl and currently take Trioxsalen tablets, Trimop forte, and Betamethasone sodium phosphate tablets. Is there a faster, more permanent solution through surgery? What kind of surgery would work and where can I get it done?

Surgical options like melanocyte transplantation or grafting may help stable vitiligo. Check centers like AIIMS, PGIMER, or private dermatology clinics.

View allI've been wondering if it's safe to use zydip c cream on my face. I'm hoping it might help brighten my skin, make it less oily, and maybe even get rid of those pesky black dots. Do you think that's possible, or could there be any side effects I should worry about?
While Zydip C cream may help with acne and inflammation, it's not ideal for brightening, oil control, or removing black dots on the face due to potential risks like skin thinning, dependence, and antibiotic resistance.

I'm really getting worried because I have these corns on my left leg that just aren't healing, even after more than a month. Can you suggest any medicine that might help?
For corns, you can try using Salicylic Acid topical solution. Apply it directly on the corns once daily for about a week. You can also use a corn plaster containing Salicylic Acid for better results. Make sure to follow the instructions on the packaging for proper usage.

I've been using Deriva BPO gel for about a week now, but I haven't noticed any improvements in my acne. In fact, I'm seeing more whiteheads appearing on my acne every day. Is this how the gel is supposed to work, or will it actually help clear up my acne?
