I'm dealing with a weird ulcer on my scrotum that's been there for about two weeks now. At first, it was really painful, and I thought it might be something like a baltod. Plus, there was this discomfort in my groin where my thigh and abdomen meet. In the second week, the blister turned more into a lump with some yellow discharge, but now that discharge is gone, and so is the top layer of skin. What could be going on? I'm really grateful for your helpful response last time. I'm happy with the service you provide for patients. I've got another question, though. My skin texture isn't great there's some acne left even though I'm on medication and seeing a dermatologist. Theres also some pigmentation. My previous dermatologist gave me SabiGlow cream for skin lightening and to help with the pigmentation. Do you think this will help lighten my skin? I've got a wheatish skin tone, and Im curious if it's safe to use. I also stopped using propyzole nf cream after reading your review. You suggested Cetaphil DAM cream, but my skin is oily. It gets a bit dry right after washing, but gets oily again soon after. Can I still use Cetaphil DAM cream with my oily skin?

I've been dealing with this frustrating issue of having large, dry pimples mostly on the left side of my face. They sometimes hurt a bit if I press on them, and they're pretty stubbornthey never really go away completely and seem to come back over and over, taking ages to heal. I keep my face clean with face washes and mild soaps, and I don't usually use any creams or moisturizers. My job keeps me indoors, so I'm not really exposed to things like sun or pollution. I've been using Surfaz SN cream, which worked before but now doesn't seem to do much. Do you have any suggestions for creams or skin lotions that could help clear up my skin?
