I've just started using Minokem F solution 5 and I'm a bit confused about how it works. Does it only help with hair growth on the crown area, or can it also be effective for the front of the scalp? My main issue is a receding hairline, not balding on the crown. Is this treatment going to help with that?

Can I apply oil before using ketoconazole shampoo? Or should I use a regular shampoo first, then follow it with the ketoconazole one? I'm a bit confused about whether it's okay to use it daily or if there's a recommended duration for how long I should use it.

I'm dealing with a cut mark on my left hand that happened back in January 2016. I didn't get any treatment for it at that time. Now, the wound mark has become thick, and I'm experiencing pain and itching there. Even a light touch is painful. Could you advise me on what to do?
Soframycin cream for local application is advised for 2 weeks twice daily.
