I've noticed about 10 to 15 small cysts on my scrotum and I'm really wondering about the best way to get them removed. Could you suggest a treatment for this? Also, how much would it typically cost to have them taken care of?

I'm having this uncomfortable itching between my legs, right around the penis area, and I've noticed the skin there has darkened a bit. Whenever I apply talc, it seems to help with the itch. Should I be concerned about this, and is there something specific I should be doing to treat it?
