I've noticed that after ejaculation, I often feel the urge to urinate, but it's hard to get started. Once I do, the urine stream seems pretty narrow. When I'm not dealing with this, everything flows normally, though sometimes it's like the stream sprays unexpectedly. What could be causing this?

View allI'm really concerned because I was diagnosed with 3mm kidney stones a couple of months ago, and despite taking KCIT syrup, I'm still experiencing pain in my lower abdomen, groin area, and around my penis. How long does it usually take for these symptoms to go away? Is there something else I should be doing or taking to help the situation?
take tamsulosin tablet at night times and plenty of fluids

I'm curious about something that's been on my mind. I've been masturbating daily for a while now, and I noticed that my sperm used to be thicker a few months ago, but now it seems more watery. I'm a bit worried about whether this could lead to any problems in the future. What issues might it cause, and how can I address this change?
Fever can be uncomfortable. _Pacimol (Paracetamol) dosage:_ 1. _Adult dosage_: 500-1000 mg every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 4000 mg in 24 hours. 2. _Minimum gap_: Wait at least 4-6 hours before taking another dose. _In your case:_ 1. _You can take another dose_: Since it's been 4 hours since your last dose, you can take another 650 mg of Pacimol. 2. _Monitor your fever_: Keep track of your temperature and consult a doctor if your fever persists or worsens. 3. _Stay hydrated_: Drink plenty of fluids to help your body recover from the fever. _Remember:_ 1. _Don't exceed the maximum dosage_: Avoid taking more than 4000 mg of Pacimol in 24 hours. 2. _Consult a doctor if necessary_: If your fever persists, worsens, or is accompanied by other concerning symptoms, seek medical attention.

I'm having some issues with my ball sac; there are a few bumps I've noticed. It started with just one, which I tried to pop, and this hard calcium-like stuff came out, but the bump just got bigger after that. Now Im seeing a few more popping up. Any idea what could be causing this and how I can treat it?
It sounds like you may have developed sebaceous cysts or a similar skin condition on your scrotum. These bumps can occur when hair follicles or sebaceous glands become blocked. I recommend seeing a doctor to get a proper diagnosis and discuss treatment options, such as warm compresses, or in some cases, drainage or removal.
