I've noticed a black mark showing up on my forehead right where I usually put my bindi, and it's been there for about two months now. I'm really curious about what's going on and would love some advice on how to get rid of it. Any suggestions?

View allI'm dealing with hair fall for the past three months and it's really worrying me. Are those shampoo-based hair colors, like Indica or Streaks, which you get in Rs 30 sachet packs, safe to use every couple of months? Also, is there any way we can stop hair from greying or falling out using medicines? And if I do decide to color, which brand would be the best pick?

I'm noticing these rashes popping up anywhere on my body, mainly in the morning and evening. Theyre itchy, red, and kind of rashy like pithi dafad, and they tend to disappear after a while. Should I be worried about this, or is it something common?
It seems like you are experiencing a skin condition called Urticaria, also known as Hives. This condition presents as raised, itchy rashes that come and go. To help relieve the itching and redness, you can take Cetirizine (brand name Zyrtec) 10mg once daily. Additionally, applying a soothing lotion like Calamine lotion on the affected areas can also provide relief. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I've been feeling really itchy under my breasts and in my groin area, especially since winter started here in Pune. It's getting pretty uncomfortable. The skin has turned this odd dark brown color, and it's kind of awful now that its even up to my cleavage. I'm wondering if there's some home remedy I could try to sort this out, or should I be talking to a specialist about this?
This could be a fungal infection, such as Tinea corporis (ringworm), which commonly affects these areas due to warm and moist conditions. You can try using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream twice daily on the affected areas for 2-4 weeks. Keep the areas clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting cotton clothes to allow the skin to breathe. Avoid scratching to prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen despite home remedies, it would be advisable to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
