I've noticed a black mark showing up on my forehead right where I usually put my bindi, and it's been there for about two months now. I'm really curious about what's going on and would love some advice on how to get rid of it. Any suggestions?

I'm a bit confused about how to use the Ekran soft gel. Do I need to be in the sun after applying it, or is that not necessary? Also, should I only put it on the affected area or spread it across my whole face?

To use Ekran Soft Gel, you should apply it evenly to the affected area of the skin. There is no need to expose the skin to the sun after applying this gel. Just make sure to apply a thin layer of the gel to the affected area and gently massage it in. It is not necessary to apply it to the entire face unless directed by your doctor.

For vitamin D production and minimizing skin damage, aim for short periods of sun exposure, specifically between 10am-4pm, with peak hours being 10am-11am and 3pm-4pm, and limit daily exposure to 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times a week, with regular clothes on, while avoiding prolonged exposure during peak hours, especially for fair skin,
