I've noticed a dry patch and peeling on my left scrotum, kind of like a dandruff scalp. It got worse for a bit and then stopped. Now the skin feels a bit harder, looks lighter, and has these small boils. Any idea what could be causing this?

Consult a healthcare provider or a dermatologist to get an accurate diagnosis, especially since you've noticed a change in the skin texture and color. Avoid scratching or irritating the area further as it can worsen the condition. Proper hygiene: Keep the area clean and dry to prevent infection. If it is a fungal or bacterial infection, your doctor may recommend appropriate medications.

View allI'm really concerned about why my face is noticeably darker than the rest of my fair-skinned body. Could sun damage be the cause, and if so, is there a way to lighten my face back to match my body color? I've tried Cosmelan Treatment a couple of years ago, and it helped at first, but now my face is dark again. What can I do about this?
Use SPF 30 sunscreen on all exposed parts of the skin. Use dermal skin peels and dermatologist recommended skin lightening agents. Get evaluated by a qualified dermatologist to rule out other causes of pigmentation and need for chemical peels or micro dermabrasion. Maintain a healthy diet containing lots of Vitamin C and green leafy vegetables. Accompany this with about 150 minutes of physical activity each week.

I'm naturally a wheatish skin tone and I'm looking for some good advice on a skin lightening cream that could give me noticeable results. I'm really curious and a bit concerned about finding something that actually works for my skin. Could you suggest something that might be effective?
I recommend using "Meladerm Skin Lightening Cream" for your skin lightening treatment. Apply a thin layer of the cream on the affected areas twice a day, in the morning and evening, for best results.
