I'm really worried about my dad, he's 63 and was found COVID positive about 6 days ago. His CT scan showed 50% lung damage and he's been struggling with swallowing food. He hasn't eaten anything for the past 15 days and he's not on constant oxygen, though sometimes he needs it when his oxygen levels drop. Can any doctor advise on what we should do next?

Is it normal for a CT scan to show small mediastinal lymph nodes while recovering from COVID? I'm a bit concerned and would like to understand more about what this means for my recovery.
