I've noticed this light yellow liquid leaking from my left nostril twice today when I bend my head, with about a 10-minute gap between each occurrence. It eventually stopped on its own, but I'm a bit concerned. Could you help me understand what's going on?

I've been diagnosed with mild eardrum retraction in my left ear, and my PTA impedance test showed an A-type graph in tympanometry. Will this resolve on its own with medication, or is surgery usually needed? How long does it typically take to heal?
ent review is advised.

My right nose is always blocked due to DNS and I catch coughs and colds easily. I do anulom vilom pranayama and eat healthy, avoiding cold foods. Would anushadbindu oil help improve my DNS issue? What's better between the two options? Is there any non-surgical way to recover from DNS?
septoplasty for DNS is advised to the patient if conservative treatment is ineffective.
