I've noticed this light yellow liquid leaking from my left nostril twice today when I bend my head, with about a 10-minute gap between each occurrence. It eventually stopped on its own, but I'm a bit concerned. Could you help me understand what's going on?

I've been dealing with puberphonia and voice therapy didn't help me much when I tried it a few months back. I'm thinking about surgery now and want to find a good ENT throat surgeon in Chennai who can do this procedure in the next few months. Any recommendations or advice on what to expect?

I'm dealing with some heaviness in my head and neck and my ear's in pain too, plus Ive got these breathing issues. A couple of weeks ago, I was in an Ola cab and felt chilly, then got rashes. The coconut oil and camphor helped the rashes, but now I've got ear pain and a sense of heaviness in the back of my head. My GP gave me anti-allergic meds that didnt quite help, so I saw an Orthopaedic doctor who checked my vitamin D and B12 levels and prescribed more meds, including anti-allergic ones like Telekast. After a few days, I wasnt feeling much better, so I went to an ENT doctor who did some thyroid and CBC tests along with three different ear tests. Everything looked okay except for a blocked tube between my ear and nose. Now I've got 15 days of meds and exercises to do. I remember having similar issues a few months ago after applying hair dye, but they eventually went away. Im just not experiencing much relief this time. What else can I do?
