I've noticed that my scrotum has been red for the last couple of days. It's not itching, but it's occasionally painful. Could you suggest what I should do or recommend any cream I could use? This has got me a bit worried.

I've noticed some dark spots under my armpits and the skin there is quite a bit darker than the rest of my skin. It's strange because there are these dark spots on the upper part too. Should I be worried about this or is there something I can do about it?
