I've noticed that my skin has become dark and lost its fairness over the past few months, and its really bothering me. Im hoping to regain a brighter, more even complexion. Can you suggest any solutions or treatments to help restore my skin's appearance?

I've had typhoid three years ago and ever since then, my hair seems to be falling out more and more each day. I'm really worried because it doesn't seem to be stopping at all. I'm not sure what I can do to fix this and help my hair grow back. What should I do?

1. Hormone Therapy: Medications like tamoxifen or raloxifene can help balance hormone levels.

I had an incident last year where I was playing cricket and got hit in my right testicle by a ball. I experienced pain for about two weeks and used cold water to help manage it. The pain has gone now, but I've noticed that my right testicle hangs lower than my left one. Is this something I should be worried about? Do you think I need to see a doctor?

I understand your concern about the injury to your right testicle. Possible Causes of the Difference in Testicle Position 1. Hematoma or Blood Accumulation: After the injury, blood may have accumulated in the scrotum, causing the testicle to hang lower. 2. Testicular Atrophy: The injury may have caused damage to the testicle, leading to atrophy (shrinkage) or a change in its position. Yes, it's highly recommended that you consult a doctor, preferably a urologist, to assess the situation and provide guidance.

I've been struggling with these ugly dark spots on my legs for over a decade now. They're from allergic reactions to insect bites and I've also had a habit of picking at the swellings. I'm really frustrated and am wondering if Mederma might be the solution. I've heard about glycolic peeling too, but lasers are just way out of my budget. What do you think I should do?

That could be keratosis pilaris ,maintain personal hygiene, apply moisturizer twice a day,it takes time to hela but will be cured no need to worry.
