I've noticed that my wife, who's 27, has been taking Okacet I tablets every day. She mentioned she's been dealing with a lot of sneezing and cold symptoms, especially in the mornings. I'm just curious if that's what the tablet is meant to help with. Can you tell me more about it?

View allI'm a software engineer and I work in an air-conditioned office. I've been sneezing at least 23 times a day lately, and it's always in bursts of 12 sneezes. This is all pretty new to me, and I'm guessing it might have started since I joined the IT industry. What could be causing this sudden change, and how can I find some relief?
It sounds like your sneezing could be related to allergies triggered by indoor air quality, such as dust, air conditioning, or dry air commonly found in office environments. Using a humidifier, ensuring regular cleaning of the office, and considering antihistamines might help reduce the sneezing. If it persists, a consultation with an allergist could be beneficial.

I'm dealing with allergies pretty badly because of dust and strong perfume smells. It gets to the point where I'll sneeze non-stop for like 10 to 15 minutes, often more than 15 times. I've been using MONTEMAC FX or MONTEMAC L to help with it and while they do work, the side effects leave me feeling super sleepy and just not myself the next day. I've also found out that I can't take levocetirizine and anything with FX. Can you recommend something else that won't make me feel drowsy?

Ive been getting the flu shot from the same brand, Flu Quadri, every year without issues, but last year was different. After the shot, I felt my chest tighten up, had trouble breathing, and then woke up the next day with severe muscle pain all over. These symptoms quickly disappeared, but Im wondering if its safe to get the flu shot again this year. Should I only get it when Im feeling my best, or is it better to skip it altogether after what happened last time?
