I'm dealing with allergies pretty badly because of dust and strong perfume smells. It gets to the point where I'll sneeze non-stop for like 10 to 15 minutes, often more than 15 times. I've been using MONTEMAC FX or MONTEMAC L to help with it and while they do work, the side effects leave me feeling super sleepy and just not myself the next day. I've also found out that I can't take levocetirizine and anything with FX. Can you recommend something else that won't make me feel drowsy?

Ive been getting the flu shot from the same brand, Flu Quadri, every year without issues, but last year was different. After the shot, I felt my chest tighten up, had trouble breathing, and then woke up the next day with severe muscle pain all over.
