I've noticed a red bump near my butt crack that's been there for quite a while now. It looks like it could be a zit or maybe a blister, and I'm kind of worried about what it could be and what I should do about it. Any idea what it might be or how I can treat it?

View allI'm really worried about this condition on my leg. There's something like "KARATMarathi" there, and the blood around it has just turned into a solid red clot under my skin. It looks really concerning and I'm unsure if what I'm doing is right. I've started taking DISPERZYME and CEFCHAMP 325, twice every day, as prescribed. Do you think I'm on the right track to treat this issue, or should I consider something else?
Karat (Marathi word) typically refers to a boil or abscess.
