I've noticed a red bump near my butt crack that's been there for quite a while now. It looks like it could be a zit or maybe a blister, and I'm kind of worried about what it could be and what I should do about it. Any idea what it might be or how I can treat it?

I'm noticing some pigmentation around my lips, and it's really bothering me because my skin is otherwise pretty fair. This darkness seems to change my appearance quite a bit.
