I've noticed the right side of my tonsil is swollen, but there's no actual pain. It's just this little discomfort that's bugging me around that area. Is there any medication I could take for this?

I'm feeling really under the weather and have all the symptoms of strep throat, but my family is saying it's just a seasonal cold. I'm not so sure though. Could you help me figure out if it might actually be strep?
