I've noticed that the skin on my scalp is getting really rough and there are these white patches appearing. When I scratch them, some flakes fall off like dandruff. Should I be worried about this? What might be causing it and what can I do to treat it?

View allI'm thinking about getting Q-switch Nd:YAG laser treatment for my dark lips and I'm a bit concerned about its safety. If the dark pigmentation on my lips is removed, will it come back again? I dont think its genetic since no one in my family has it, and Im not a smoker. I developed it when I turned 13. Could it be related to mild PCOS?
