I've noticed some fat deposits under my skin and new ones keep appearing. Is this something harmful or just a cosmetic issue? What's the best way to remove them, and how does the surgical removal process work? Could you also give me an idea about the cost of the procedure?

I'm really worried because I used apple cider vinegar on my face, and it burned my skin and turned it dark brown. After about 45 days, the burned scab came off, but now there's a whitish-pink mark left on my face. I'm scared it might scar permanently. I'm a 31-year-old female, and I really need help to figure out how to deal with this. Do you think this mark will go away, or should I be doing something specific to help it heal?

That will heal no need to worry, have patience give some time, with time it will settle, use good moisturizer for nourishment.

I've been dealing with keloids on my chest for over 5 years. I went the allopathic route and my doctor used Cryotherapy plus steroid injections directly on them, which seemed to shrink them a bit. I also tried silicon gel sheets for a year. But now it's frustrating because I have 57 keloids in the same spot again, and the treatments only seemed to make a temporary difference. Is there any permanent solution for keloids that doesnt involve more steroid injections? Just wondering if allopathic medicine offers a clear treatment for keloids.

Your body has keloid forming tendency,if you attempt to remove one new one would come up,if it is cosmetically bothering you, you can go for one more course of treatment.
