I've noticed some white spots around the circumference of the head of my penis. They don't itch, but I've been having itchy areas on my thighs, groin, and testicles. I saw a dermatologist, and they prescribed Keto B cream and Incid MD tablets. It's been two weeks, and the itchy areas have improved, but the white spots on the glans haven't changed. What could this be? Should I be worried?

The white area on the glans of the penis may be due to a fungal infection, such as candidiasis. To treat this, you can try using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole cream twice a day on the affected area for about 2-4 weeks. In addition, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole to help clear up the infection. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid any potential irritants. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
