I've noticed some white spots in the back of my throat and it's been feeling pretty scratchy. I'm worried it might be strep throat. I've already taken some Ibuprofen to ward off a fever, but I'm still unsure if it's really strep. What should I do next?

I'm really struggling with a bad cold right now, and my nose is completely blocked. I've been taking cepodem 200 for a throat infection, but I'm not sure what else I can use for the cold because cetrizine doesn't really agree with me. Could you suggest something that might help?
