I've noticed some white spots in the back of my throat and it's been feeling pretty scratchy. I'm worried it might be strep throat. I've already taken some Ibuprofen to ward off a fever, but I'm still unsure if it's really strep. What should I do next?

I'm really curious about the BSFPP blood test that my doctor mentioned. I know it's important to fast before some blood tests, but I'm not exactly sure how long I need to fast for this one. Could you let me know how many hours I should be fasting for a BSFPP blood test? I'm a bit worried about getting it right.

Ideally 6 hrs of gap would help for fasting sample and 90mins after food for postlinch sample

Relaxation techniques, like deep breathing or meditation, may help.

I'm a bit worried after a street dog touched my nose and licked my hand this morning. It happened around 11, and I washed my hand about 10 minutes later. The dog didn't bite me, and there's no wound on my hand. Do you think I should get a vaccine for this, or is it okay to wait and see?

no need
