I've noticed there's a painless lump in front of my ear and it's sitting under the skin, and I'm not sure what it could be. Should I be worried about this, and what might be causing it?

Ive been experiencing this annoying beep noise in my left ear for quite some time now. It gets more noticeable when Im in a quiet place and seems to disappear when theres a lot of noise around me. The doctor mentioned it might be tinnitus and gave me some meds, but they dont seem to be working. Could it really be tinnitus, or might it be something else?

Tinnitus is ringing sound in the ear...it may be due to impacted wax, fluid in the middle ear, acute or chronic otitis media, abnormally patent eustachian tube, minieres disease, otosclerosis, noise trauma, ototoxic drugs etc...it may be due to non otologic conditions like Anaemia, hypertension, hypotension, arteriosclerosis, hypoglycemia, epilepsy, migraine etc...so detailed clinical examination and evaluation needed Consult nearest ent specialist they will do the needful.

I've had this uncomfortable feeling because a chicken bone got stuck in my throat. I tried eating a banana and some bread with butter, but it didn't really help. I went to the emergency doctor at the government hospital, and they advised me to see a specialist the next day. After an X-ray, they said there was no bone in my throat, but now it's been six days and I'm still feeling pain in my throat and ear. Another doctor gave me azithromycin 500 mg and brufen, but I'm not getting any relief. What should I do next?

take azithromycin for 3 days, drink oral fluids.
