I've noticed these black marks on my nose that have been sticking around for about a month now. Could you recommend any creams or treatments that might help get rid of them?

View allI've recently noticed some changes around the head of my penis. Last month, I had a shiny rash that went away on its own, but the head stayed red. There are also these pink papules on the penis ring, and my foreskin has been really sticky with some white stuff inside. I wash with soap every day, but now the skin on the head has become erosive and starts peeling. Im also using coconut oil, but now even the tip is peeling. What's strange is that it doesn't itch or hurt, and theres no sore or lesion. What could be going on?
Based on your symptoms, it's possible that you experienced a self-limiting condition, such as: 1. Irritant contact dermatitis (reaction to soap) 2. Balanitis (inflammation of the penis head) 3. Posthitis (inflammation of the foreskin) To promote healing and prevent future occurrences: 1. Discontinue using harsh soaps; switch to gentle, fragrance-free cleansers. 2. Apply coconut oil or a topical emollient to soothe the skin. 3. Avoid excessive washing or rubbing. 4. Consider consulting a dermatologist or urologist for proper evaluation and guidance. In the meantime, maintain good genital hygiene: 1. Clean the area with lukewarm water and a mild cleanser. 2. Pat dry; avoid rubbing. 3. Apply coconut oil or a topical emollient to keep the skin moisturized.

I'm a bit confused about when exactly I should be using sunscreen. Do I really need to keep reapplying it all day long, even in the evening or at night? Or is it okay to skip it once the sun goes down?
It is necessary to use it all day long. Should we apply sunscreen even at evening and night time ?? Or no need to apply it after sunset.. Sunscreen should be applied every day, regardless of the time of day. It is recommended to apply sunscreen in the morning before going out and to reapply every 2 hours, especially if you are outdoors. Even in the evening and at night, if you are going to be exposed to artificial light sources such as fluorescent bulbs or screens, it is advisable to continue using sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.
