I've noticed these super tiny holes on my palms and the bottoms of my feet. On my palms, they're mostly aligned with the lines, which makes my skin feel kind of rough. There's no pain or anything, but it's not looking great and my skin's not smooth because of it. Do you have any suggestions for an ointment or treatment that might help get rid of these?

I've been dealing with these petechiae on my skin for about two years now. I'm not exactly sure if they come and go, but I do have a lot of them, like around 10 from my elbow to my wrist. It's been a bit of a concern for me, and I'm curious about what might be causing this. Should I be worried?
