I've noticed that whenever I drink buttermilk, I seem to break out with acne on my face. Is it possible that the buttermilk is causing this? I'm really not sure what's going on and would appreciate some advice. Could there be a connection between the two?

I've been dealing with eczema on my right leg since 2011, and it's been really frustrating. It itches all the time and the scratching has left these dark, patchy marks that just won't go away.
