I've recently been diagnosed with chlamydia and they prescribed me 500 mg of Azithromycin. I'm 51 years old and weigh 105 lbs. I've been reading that most people are given 1000 mg for treatment. Should I be concerned that I wasn't given the right dosage to cure it? Is this normal or should I reach back out to my doctor?

Be rest assured, your doctor prescribed you the dose that you require. Do not see internet threads. Your doctor knows better. AZYTHROMYCIN is typically given at 500 mg for adults over 18 yrs... So it's appropriate dose for you.

I'm a bit worried and curious about when it's safe to have sex after my wife had a family planning operation on 9th August 2017. We have two daughters, and I'm just trying to make sure we're doing everything right. How long should we wait?
After a tubectomy (family planning operation), it's generally recommended to wait for 7-14 days before resuming sexual intercourse to allow the body to heal and reduce the risk of complications or infection;

My wife and I got married last month but we haven't been able to have sex because her hymen is too thick. Every time we try, it's really painful for her. We've tried multiple times but it's not working. Is there a specialist who can help remove or break the hymen surgically or through some other procedure?
please consult your gynecologist.
