I've recently had a blood test, and I'm a bit worried because my ESR is pretty high at 56mm, and my MCH and MCHC levels are low. What could this mean? Should I be concerned about anything in particular? I'd really appreciate any advice you could give me.

I recently got my blood test results and I'm a bit concerned about a few things that came up. The report shows that my PDW (platelet distribution width) is 18.9fl, which is 3.7 points above the normal range. My MPV (mean platelet volume) is also 1.5 points higher than it should be, and the PLCR (platelet to large cell ratio) is elevated by 11.5 points. But the MCV (mean corpuscular volume) seems to be normal. Could you help me understand what these high numbers mean? Is this something I should be worried about?

I'm worried about my mom. She recently had a procedure for a blockage in her left hand and she's been prescribed acitrome as a blood thinner. Her periods are really heavy though, and the doctor suggested using sevista to help stop the bleeding temporarily. Can she really take sevista with acitrome? I'm a bit anxious about mixing the two medications. What should we watch out for?

I'm really worried about my swollen lymph nodes in the posterior triangle. It's been about 5 months now, and even though the FNAC report says they're reactive, theyre still hard, tender, and moveable. I finished the antibiotics my doctor prescribed, but the swelling hasnt gone down. Could it be possible for lymph nodes from an infection to stay swollen for this long? What should I do next?
