I've recently noticed a lump in my right breast and saw a doctor, had a scan done, and it showed up in the retro areola region. I was given some medicine, but now I've got swelling and it's really painful. The lump seems to be moving around. What should I do next?

View allmy aunt was just diagnosed with rectal cancer and her MRI and biopsy reports show it's an early lesion her CT scans for chest and abdomen came back normal she's wondering if she really needs to go through all three treatments - chemo, radiation, and surgery or if she can skip some since it's early stage also what type of surgery would be most suitable and how long she might need a colostomy bag after
For early-stage rectal cancer, the usual approach is surgery, with chemo and radiation considered depending on tumor size and location. The type of surgery (like low anterior resection) will determine the need for a colostomy bag, which is often temporary.

I have several lesions in both my breasts, and they seem to be getting worse each year. Is there any medication that can help with this? I've already had surgery to remove a lesion that was about 3 to 4 cm big. I also did an FNAC needle test, and it showed I have fibroadenoma. Can you give me some advice on what to do next?
