I've recently noticed some white patches on my bum, just below the waist area. I'm 21 years old and I'm a bit concerned about what this could be. Is it something I should be worried about? What could be causing this, and should I see a doctor?

I've been going for swimming classes lately, and I've noticed that my skin is getting tanned even though I'm using sunscreen. I'm really hoping to get rid of this tan quickly. Can you suggest any effective detanning creams or something I can apply on my hands and face to help fade the tan?
