I've taken an HIV rapid test three months after possible exposure, and the result came back negative. Is this result definitive, or is it advisable to have another test done?

you are highly likely to be HIV-negative. There is usually no need for additional testing unless you have new concerns or exposures.

I've been dealing with a really red and irritated rash along my mustache line, and it's super dry and itchy. Recently, I also noticed a lump on the right side of my jaw, and I can't figure out why it's there. Plus, my acne seems to be getting worse. I've been using moisturizer and washing my face with 10% benzoyl peroxide, but I've avoided using it in the rashy area for months. I first noticed the dryness and flakiness around the start of the year. Any idea what's going on or what I should do?

I've got this lump on my butt cheek, maybe about an inch or so in diameter. Sometimes it swells up, I think because of the heat or something. It's really hard not to try to pop it a bit because it sort of tears when I sit, then it releases some pus and eventually calms down. My English isn't great, but I hope you get what I'm saying. Could you help me understand what's going on here?

I'm looking for advice on the best minoxidil brand available in India. I've heard about brands like Regaine and Minoqilib. Are these any good, or do you suggest any other brands?

They are effective in promoting hair growth and treating hair loss. Another popular brand you can consider is Tugain. For best results, you can use Regaine 5% solution or Minoqilib 5% solution twice daily on the affected area of the scalp.
