My 3-year-old son might have crossed eyes I noticed it in some of his photos recently. We're really worried and want to figure out the best steps to take. Should we go straight to an eye hospital or find a pediatric eye specialist first? What's the best way to confirm the issue and get honest treatment options, preferably without surgery?

View allI had PRK surgery 6 months ago and my right eye seems clearer than my left. At my recent checkup, they found my left eye has CYL 0.25 AXIS 180. Is this something I should be concerned about or will it improve on its own? What steps should I take next?
Small CYL may not need correction; wait and recheck—eye exercises or glasses may help if vision is blurry.

My left eye has high myopia at 19D and my right eye is at 4D. I was recommended ICL surgery but waiting a year since my power isn't stable my left eye changed from 18D to 19D. Now I'm noticing double vision sometimes with this new prescription. Will this get better on its own or could it be something more serious?
Use Contact lenses instead of spectacles. Health Tips Go for under correction of myopia

Can a topography scan or slit lamp or pentacam detect if someone has had custom topography guided surface ablation like Lesik surgery I'm curious how doctors can tell if this procedure was done before
Yes, corneal topography (including Pentacam) and slit lamp examinations can often, but not always, detect if someone has had custom topography-guided surface ablation (like LASIK or PRK). The specific features that indicate past surgery and the degree to which it's detectable depend on the type of procedure, the extent of tissue removal, and the individual's healing response.
