my baby has a cleft palate and I'm really worried about when the surgery should be done also she can't breastfeed properly how do I make sure she gets enough milk

I have a 12mm umbilical hernia that makes my belly look bloated and fat all the time. I don't want surgery and am already doing diet and yoga. Are there any medications that can cure this hernia? I'm based in Chandigarh.
