Four days ago, suddenly at midnight, I developed full body red rashes and itching. I consulted a doctor, and they said it was due to a food allergy. I had no fever, headache, or joint pain that day. My CBC blood report was normal, but my fingers and palms were slightly swollen. I have been continuing the prescribed medicines for the last four days. It is improving day by day compared to previous days. Today is the fifth day. After taking medicine, the itching and rashes go away for the full day, but every evening, I get very mild rashes and itching. Is this okay for now? Will it take time to cure? How many more days should I continue the medicine? Now I feel some pain in two or three fingers on my hand. Is this joint pain? I am scared about dengue or chikungunya. Is there anything to worry about? Please advise.

My wife is experiencing headache, body pain, lower abdominal pain, nausea, and loss of appetite. Two months ago, she had low platelets and typhoid, but was treated and diagnosed at that time. Now she is having similar problems again. Recently, her hematology tests were done, including CRP, ESR, CBC, and routine urine examination. I have attached the test reports for your reference. ESR: 6.0
My hemoglobin, RBC, MCHC, and RDW are above the expected range. Could this cause any problems? Please suggest what I should do.

My blood report shows predominantly normocytic normochromic red blood cells with microcytes and ovalocytes. My hemoglobin is 9.5.

This suggests mild iron deficiency anemia. You may feel tired or weak. It is manageable with diet and possibly iron supplements but it is best to identify the exact cause.
