I have diffuse disc bulges from C3 to C6 and take pregabalin and tramadol but still need aceclofenac 100mg twice daily for proper pain relief. Physiotherapy didn't help and multiple doctors say surgery isn't an option. Is it safe to keep taking aceclofenac long-term? I've been having tingling and pins and needles in both hands along with numbness. Got an NCV test done for both upper limbs and currently taking Tab Gabapin 300 twice daily and Tab Rejunex once daily. Wanted to know if continuing medicines would help or if surgery might be a better option for this condition
