View allI'm really struggling with cervical spondylosis and loss of cervical lordosis. My MRI report indicates some serious stuff like a C5-C6 disc with an annular fissure and diffuse posterior bulge, and it's even got central herniation pressing on my spinal cord and affecting both neural foramina. There's this hyperintense signal on the left side of my spinal cord suggesting myomalacia. Also, the C6-C7 disc has its own issues with another fissure and bulge, plus a right paracentral herniation affecting my spinal cord and right C7 nerve, again encroaching on both neural foramina. With all this, I get this annoying tingling in my legs and nerve pain in one of my right-hand fingers. Sitting for long periods just makes my entire spine hurt. I'm curious if there's any Ayurvedic treatment out there that could completely cure this. Also, would I be able to handle any job with my condition? I've tried physiotherapy treatments like IFT, ultra cervical traction, and steam for months, which seemed to help for a while. But the pain is back. Should I keep doing the same physiotherapy again, or is there anything else you'd recommend?

I'm trying to figure out what NVD means in relation to a nerve problem with my right hand. I've had some tests done like EEG, EMG, and MRI of my neck and brain, and everything seems fine. The doctor suggested NVD, but I'm not sure if it's a test or a type of therapy. They've also prescribed me Clonotril 0.25 mg, Felicity OD, and Meaxon Plus injection. Could you help me understand what NVD stands for and what it involves?

I've been having this tingling sensation in my hands, feet, and all over my body. A neurologist recommended vitamins B12 and others, but the issue hasn't gone away. I've been masturbating about 5 times a week for the past 8 years. Do you think that could be causing it? What should I do?
It may be due to nerve compression in cervical spine or anywhere in shoulder side because of poor posture... You can take physiotherapy for nerve entrapment and correct posture exercises. Masterbation is not a cause for this problem.
