My brother is really struggling with MDR TB and he's having a hard time breathing. We're using all the medicines prescribed, but it doesn't seem to be enough. Is there anything immediate we can do to help him feel better?

Can you let me know if a PFT test is safe for my mom? She's 55 and has been experiencing some breathing issues. I'm a bit concerned and could use some guidance on this.

I've been noticing blood when I sneeze for a while now, and it's showing up in my sputum too. It started back in March 2016, and although I tested negative for TB, a doctor recommended a budamate inhaler and TelecastL, which helped stop the bleeding. I stopped the medication after a couple of months without consulting the doctor, and now the bleeding is back. The doctor suggested a bronchoscopy, but there aren't any available beds at the hospital, and now the doctor is on leave. I already had a CT scan done on my chest, but I'm really concerned about what might be causing this hemoptysis and what steps I should take next. Could you give me some guidance?

I'm having a really hard time with these random sudden attacks where I feel like I can't breathe. I've seen three different doctors and they all told me it's some kind of syndrome caused by stress. But honestly, I'm not sure if that's really what's going on because it just happens out of nowhere. Is it possible that it was stress-related at first and now it's something more? What should I actually get checked to figure out what's going on with these breathing issues?
