In my butt hole, I'm feeling a burning sensation and some pain. It also seems like it's getting smaller because I have to really push when I poop. Can you suggest something? I can't tolerate this.

It sounds like you may be experiencing anal fissures or possibly a hemorrhoidal condition. I recommend consulting a doctor who can assess your symptoms and suggest treatments such as topical creams or stool softeners to help ease the discomfort. In the meantime, try to avoid straining and keep the area clean and moisturized.

View allI'm experiencing a tightness in my chest that's been going on for about two weeks now, and I also have loose stools and have noticed some weight loss. I went for an ECG, and it came back normal. I initially thought it might be gastric issues, but even after taking gastric medications, there's been no relief. Could there be something else going on? I'm a bit concerned about these symptoms. What should I do next?

I'm feeling something is stuck in my neck and having a lot of gastric problems. I also experience a pins and needles sensation near the sternum area, like there's something inside. There's a headache and a lot of anxiety because of these issues. I've seen many doctors, but nothing seems to help. Im confused and dont know what to do. Some say its anxiety, others say there's nothing wrong. Googling symptoms just makes me feel more depressed. I also have pain in my forehead and back of my neck, and my fingertip pores feel really tight and hurt a bit when I close my hand. Can anyone suggest what might be happening or what I should do next?

I'm a bit worried about my liver health because my recent blood tests showed SGPT (ALT) levels at 70.2 UL and SGOT (AST) at 58.3 UL. Could this mean I have a fatty liver? If it is, should I be starting any medication for it? Also, are there natural remedies I can try to help with this?
Nightfall (nocturnal emission) is a normal phenomenon, especially during adolescence and early adulthood. The frequency you've described (5-7 times a month) is within the normal range. Regarding your concerns: _The white sticky liquid_ is likely semen, which contains sperm. _Masturbation_: It's normal if nothing comes out except urine, as the body may not always produce semen during masturbation. _Sex with condom_: Using a condom prevents sperm from entering the partner's body, so it's expected that you wouldn't feel sperm coming out. _Fertility_: Nightfall and masturbation don't affect fertility. As long as you have normal semen production and sperm count, you can father a child. If you're concerned about your fertility or have questions, consider consulting: 1. A urologist or andrologist (specialists in male reproductive health) 2. A sexologist or a counselor (for guidance on sexual health and relationships) Remember, it's essential to practice safe sex and use protection to prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unintended pregnancy.
