I'm having some trouble with pain on the left side of my throat, where my food pipe is. It's really noticeable when I'm jogging and taking in air; it hurts quite a bit. The pain seems to stick around throughout the day too. Sometimes it even makes my left ear hurt a little. Any ideas on what this could be or how to deal with it?

It sounds like you may be experiencing inflammation or irritation in your throat, possibly related to acid reflux or a throat infection. To help alleviate your symptoms, I recommend taking a proton pump inhibitor like Omeprazole 20mg once daily before breakfast to reduce stomach acid production and help with any acid reflux. Additionally, you can try using a throat lozenge like Strepsils to soothe your throat as needed. It's also important to stay hydrated and avoid irritants like smoking or alcohol. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.
