One of my relatives has been dealing with high blood pressure and their creatinine level was around 3.6. After being admitted to the hospital and getting treatment with English medicine, their blood pressure is now normal, but the creatinine level has gone up to 4.5. I'm a big believer in Ayurveda and was wondering when would be a good time to bring them in for a consultation with you.
Patient is advised HBA1c levels , and continue same medications twice daily.

I'm a kidney transplant patient and I've been noticing my weight is going up every day. I'm currently on prednisolone 10 mg, cyclosporine, and mycept. Could you give me some advice on how to manage my weight better?
take small frequent meals and do regular exrcises
