My dad came down with COVID last month and, thankfully, he's recovered now. But he's still having this really bad dry cough at night or right after eating. I'm wondering how we can help him get over this lingering issue. Any advice would be great!

I'm experiencing a lot of coughing, especially at night, and it's been happening for several days now. I know I have allergic rhinitis and asthma, and I usually find relief when I use my Livolin inhaler. Sometimes, I take Montair LC if I really need it. Could you give me some guidance on what's going on or what I should do?

I recently had to get a medical check-up for my new job at a bank, and the chest X-ray report mentioned something about Right Pleural Thickening. I'm really not sure what that means. Should I be worried or take any specific action? Can you shed some light on what this could imply for my health?

Right pleural thickening, as seen on your chest X-ray, indicates scarring or inflammation of the pleura, the membrane surrounding the lungs, which can be caused by various factors, such as past pneumonia, tuberculosis, asbestos exposure, or other lung diseases, and while it's often benign, your doctor may recommend further tests, like a CT scan or pulmonary function tests, to determine the underlying cause and assess any potential impact on your lung function or overall health

I've been dealing with a dry cough for the past two weeks and it's driving me crazy. I've already tried Clavam 625 and taking Budesal 1 mg twice daily, along with doing steam inhalations, but nothing is really helping. I'm feeling really tired and just want to know what else I can do to get better. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
