View allI'm really struggling with something personal and could use some advice. I find that I'm not getting erections with my wife, but I do with other women. It's been bothering me a lot, and I'm really curious about what might be causing this. Do you think it's something that can be worked on or improved? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

I've been masturbating every day for the past few years, around 3 to 4 times daily. I'm 27 now, and I've noticed I'm losing weight. I'm worried if this could be affecting my stamina or if it might cause any problems in the future, like after I get married. Should I stop or cut down a bit? Really curious about what's best here.

I'm dealing with varicocele and currently taking Daflon 500mg for it. I'm wondering if it's okay for me to have sex, or could that make my situation worse?
